Have problems with testing specific features or with your current test suite? Sometimes, it’s good to take a timeout and get some help. There are many ways to solve a problem; sometimes, it’s good to get a fresh perspective.

Figuring out how to test a specific problematic scenario?

Setting up the test environment to test a specific scenario can be challenging. Depending on the system, some of the following can be required:

  • Setting up a test environment
  • Setting up a CI pipeline
  • Setting up mocks for backend services
  • Setting up test data

Engagement Type

This type of engagement can be done on-site or remotely. Typically the on-site period is 1-2 days initially, and the rest of the engagement is remote. Communication can be done on a specific messaging platform (i.e. Slack or Teams). The questions can be related to a specific problem or a general discussion about the test automation strategy.


The duration depends on the project’s needs but can be some days once or a couple of times a month. Alternatively, support can be provided on an ongoing basis.
